How does scanning work?
Tap the SNAP button, take a photo of any item, and our AI will identify it, find real market prices from eBay sold listings, and give you a keep/check/trash recommendation in under 5 seconds.
How accurate is the pricing?
Pricing is based on actual eBay sold listings for similar items. We show you the median, low, and high prices so you can make informed decisions.
Can I use JunkGems offline?
JunkGems requires an internet connection to scan items and fetch pricing data. Your scan history is saved locally so you can review past results anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > JunkGems > Cancel.
